On behalf of the TPTA Board I'm excited to announce this year Nashville, Tennessee is our host city for the 2009 Annual Tennessee Public Transportation Association (TPTA) Conference and Expo which will be held October 27 - 30th at the Loews Vanderbilt, 2100 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203.

Participant Registration

A full conference registration, which includes admission to all activities throughout the four day conference, is only $300. Register on or before October 1, 2009 to avoid a late fee.

The fabulous Loews Vanderbilt Hotel Nashville is located at 2100 West End Avenue in Nashville. Room rates are $117 per night. Vendor & Sponsor Registration

The Annual TPTA Conference is a great opportunity to showcase your public transportation products and services. A TPTA tradition at the Vendor Luncheon is the drawing for vendor- provided door prizes and for the EXPO’s grand prize.

In addition, each vendor will have two minutes to introduce themselves and their products or services. Plus, you will draw a name for the winner of the door prize donated by your company. Exhibitor setup is Wednesday, October 28 from 6 a.m. to the start of the EXPO. Vendor and Sponsor packages start at $750.

PAYMENT
Fee:  $300.00
CANCELLATIONS:  A $75.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund of all cancellations received after Friday, October 19, 2009. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this data; however, you may transfer a registration to another individual from your organization at any time.
